ReadyDog is operated by 1163276 BC LTD, based in British Columbia, Canada.

1. What you’re getting

When you purchase a program, subscription, or download a freebie from us, you’re getting:

• Access to the specific content you signed up for (via one-off payment or monthly/annual subscription - we always make it clear)

• Use of our videos, tools, and resources for your personal, non-commercial use

• Access to any coaching, enrichment guidance, and community support included in your plan

Note: ReadyDog is built by professional trainers and backed by science, but it’s not a replacement for veterinary care or behavioural treatment. If your dog is dealing with serious behavioural or health issues, please consult a qualified professional.

2. What you agree to

By using our site or programs, you agree to:

• Not copy, resell, distribute, or share our content

• Use the platform for your own household only

• Engage respectfully in community spaces (bullying, spam, or hate speech = immediate removal)

• Respect other users’ privacy and opinions

3. Payments & billing

• Prices may be listed in CAD or USD, depending on your location and the product

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled - you can manage your billing via your Circle.so’s account dashboard

• One-off payment programs come with full access and no ongoing fees

• We reserve the right to revoke access if you break these terms

4. Our Money-Back Guarantee

We’re confident ReadyDog will make life with your pup easier, calmer, and more fun. But if it’s not the right fit, no hard feelings.

Here’s how it works:

For ReadyDog+ memberships:

• You’ve got a 30-day money-back guarantee.

• Try it, explore the lessons, ask questions - if it’s not working for you, email us within 30 days of purchase and we’ll sort the refund. Easy.

A few small notes:

• We can’t offer refunds after the guarantee window closes (even if your dog eats your laptop).

• One refund per person - so if you’ve tried one thing already, we’ll help you choose better next time, but we can’t keep refunding new purchases.

• To request a refund, just email hello@readydog.club with your order details. No hoops, no guilt.

We want you (and your dog) to genuinely love what you get. If you don’t? You shouldn’t have to pay for it.

5. Our community platform (Circle.so)

If you join the ReadyDog Hub (our private community on Circle), your use of that space is also subject to Circle’s Terms of Use. These include guidelines for participation, content, and privacy.

6. Privacy

We only collect what we need to deliver your content and improve your experience. For full details, check our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms over time. When we do, we’ll update the date at the top. Major changes will also be communicated via email.

8. Free content

We regularly share free resources, such as ebooks, guides, tips, and advice, across our website, email, and social media. These are provided for informational purposes only and do not create a coaching relationship, guarantee results, or replace professional guidance.

We strive to ensure that this content is accurate and helpful; however, we make no warranties (express or implied) regarding its completeness, timeliness, or suitability for your specific situation.

9. Intellectual property

Everything you see on this site - videos, PDFs, visuals, copy, branding - is protected under copyright and owned by ReadyDog. You may not copy, modify, share, or use any of it for commercial purposes without written permission.

10. Disclaimers & limits of liability

All content from ReadyDog is for educational purposes. It does not replace veterinary advice or treatment, and we make no guarantees of specific results.

You assume full responsibility for applying our training in real life. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, injuries, or mishaps that occur as a result of using our platform, programs, or community.

11. Governing law

The laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, govern these Terms. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of the Province of British Columbia.
